Ah, this Gingham Small Mug raises the eternal question: what really makes a perfect cup of tea? Is it black tea, green tea or a herbal infusion? Is it loose leaf tea or a tea bag? Is tea best made in a cup or a teapot? And should the milk go in first or after the tea is poured? Tea aficionados will have a clear view but, for most of us, a perfect cup of tea is perfect when made just the way you like it. And at Emma Bridgewater, we maintain that tea always tastes better when drunk out of one of our mugs.

Shipping & Returns

Free Local Pick-up and Delivery (within Barrie). All other shipping calculated at checkout.

Orders placed after 4 PM PST Monday-Thursday will be sent out the following business day.

We do not process orders over the weekend. Orders placed on Friday after 4PM PST will be shipped the following Monday.

Shipping to Canada and the US.

All orders are shipped via Canada Post.

All orders are subject to change based on availability. You will be notified within 24 hours if the item you ordered is no longer available.

Shipping cost will be calculated at check out.

Local orders may be picked up in-store. Simply select the “Pickup” option during checkout.

Your order will be held for 7 days in store while awaiting pickup. If you have not contacted us for an extension before the 7 days are up, the item will be restocked and a credit will be applied to your account.

Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of receipt.

Merchandise may only be exchanged for another item or store credit.

Merchandise must be unused and must have all tags attached.

All ‘On Sale’ items are final sale and may not be returned.

Shipping and handling will not be refunded.

All items must in inspected for any damage or discrepancies within 48hrs of receipt. Please contact us via email asap with any concern and photos if necessary.
