  • Care: Machine washable & dryable; however, due to the deep, big waffle pattern on this style of waffle, hanging to dry is recommended. Shrinkage and puckering will occur if this towel is dried in a machine, but the smaller, more puckered look is one that a lot of customers love. If you'd like to keep the original size of the towel, we recommend washing it on delicate wash, and after washing, stretching out the towel to keep its shape, and then hanging to dry.

Shipping & Returns

Free Local Pick-up and Delivery (within Barrie). All other shipping calculated at checkout.

Orders placed after 4 PM PST Monday-Thursday will be sent out the following business day.

We do not process orders over the weekend. Orders placed on Friday after 4PM PST will be shipped the following Monday.

Shipping to Canada and the US.

All orders are shipped via Canada Post.

All orders are subject to change based on availability. You will be notified within 24 hours if the item you ordered is no longer available.

Shipping cost will be calculated at check out.

Local orders may be picked up in-store. Simply select the “Pickup” option during checkout.

Your order will be held for 7 days in store while awaiting pickup. If you have not contacted us for an extension before the 7 days are up, the item will be restocked and a credit will be applied to your account.

Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of receipt.

Merchandise may only be exchanged for another item or store credit.

Merchandise must be unused and must have all tags attached.

All ‘On Sale’ items are final sale and may not be returned.

Shipping and handling will not be refunded.

All items must in inspected for any damage or discrepancies within 48hrs of receipt. Please contact us via email asap with any concern and photos if necessary.
